I got today a Announcement from Tidal that on or after the next subscription period everything will be changed to lossless FLAC and Dobly Atmos.
They compare the Hifi and Hifi Plus Subscription to only one Subcription called "Tidal".
Earliest start date 10-April-2024
I'm not sure if they roll out this in every country at the same time.
