Create mock server for socket connection.
The Real server is socketbased. Create a mock server that replicates it.
Refactor Nets interface into using a persistence interface.
The Nets interface requires some data to be echoed back and forth. These data will be a bit of a pain for users of the API to store - but without them no transactions will go through.
To support it we will implement a persistence interface that fullfills 3 requirements:

- The nets interface can decide what to store.

- The user of the api can decide how to store it.

- The user of the nets interface can work the API by application specific data only.
An implementation of the persistence interface will be given the the Nets instance upon creation.

Improve the mocksserver
The mocksserver is brilliant but does not fully comply with the merchant guide.
Improve it.

The MockServer only handles HttpRequest. Rename the class so it shows by it.
