For it looks like a timeout problem: Start Fileshuttle -> Upload -> Idle for 1 or 2 hours -> Try to upload again -> FAILS
If you continously upload files it should not crash.
can anybody confirm that?

Also: After changing network interface (from eth to wifi) fileshuttle crashes

A very easy way to reproduce it is :
- Configure app using FTP
- Upload a file
- Disable WiFi
- Enable WiFi
- Upload a file (crash)

Fixed by using curl to upload over FTP (CFNetwork seems to have a bug and I didn't find any workaround) 82be05c
from fileshuttle.
