Check MIxS ontologies

I created to two ontologies in MIxS-ontology-translation/notebooks/output/:

  • MIxS-record-translation.owl
  • environmental-package-record-translation.owl

These are simple ontologies that translate information from the MIxS and enviromental_package sheets in mixs_v5.xlxs. Each row in the sheets is translated as an instance of MIxS record and environmental package record, respectively.

The column headers are translated as annotations, and the field values are values for the annotations.
