Mvn build fails with tests on K8s
If we dont skip the mvn tests, the mvn build fails on K8s
I had to skip them ootb using PR #16 to get it up and running on K8s

Lagom project gets stuck on starting state
Reproduce steps:
Create lagom project from template using Codewind, then lagom project builds successfully, but the project can not reach started status. From the PFE log I see [32m[INFO Tue Jun 25 18:57:48 GMT 2019 | Project: lagom] [39mApplication state changed for project: 97a30b80-977a-11e9-b07f-0b6176bee212 from: starting, to: starting, with message: The project path that file watcher pings is /api/hello/you, that means PFE pings the path that configures in the cw setting file correctly, but the template doesn't host that path. I verify the ping path using curl as well, it doesn't work either.
In order to fix this, we need to let Lagom host the ping path that configures in the cw settings file.
Add javametrcs-dash monitoring to the lagom project
javametrics-dash is not currently enabled for this template.
