The repo needs to include in it's main README.md an illustrated contribution tutorial using git, visual studio code and github desktop versions.

• Git tutorial.
• GitHub (in browser) tutorial.

This first issue is about setting up the club's repo for use as it is still empty.
The following must be done:

• Set up the repo's structure.
• Add folders for specific topics (web, desktop, raw code, mobile, tutorials... etc).

The Readme file in the /Projects folder needs update:

• Add a summary
• Link to the Topic folders
• Sublist of projects availble
• ... if you got any idea on the enhancement you're welcome to contribute

The main README.md file includes general info about the club, the Hacktoberfest event and contribution tutorial in English.
>> Translations contributions should go into dedicated folder /Translations and should be labelled with the abbreviation of the language e.g: README_fr.md, README_ar.md

• Create a translation folder : translations/
• Avoid the google translate and rubbish translations.
• Translation should be based on the original README.md file (that's in English)
• Add a French translated version of the README.md (french version needs Update)
• Add an Arabic translated version of the README.md file.
• Add Spanish translated version of the README.md file.
• Other languages are welcome!!

Gonna add badges repo status-related for fast checking progress of the repo

Find other university/scientific club repos doing Hackotberfest and link them in the footer of the README.md file

Adding my profile to /profiles

Everything to upgrade the gh-Page of the repo must be uploaded into the /docs folder, e.g:
Hacktoberfest-2k19/docs/css/styles.css
Hacktoberfest-2k19 github-Page files are and should all be stocked in /docs folder

• Add some styling CSS to the page
• Add some interactivity with JS
• Link the repo's project to the github Page
• ... (add in the comment section more tasks regarding the github-Page)

Let the maintainers know what task/part of the issue you're willing to work on in the comment section

Different translated README.md files need to be linked on each others and the main README.md file so people can check their language preference upfront.
Language links should be between the status badges and the Micro Club does Hacktoberfest! section following the language abbreviation, e.g: EN AR FR ES (depending on the available translations ... etc.

Add appropriate licence to the repo

Add different contribution tutorials to /tutorials folder (create one if not available)

• Create a /tutorials folder (if doesnt exist yet) in which differnet tutorials md files will be stored
• Visual Code Studio
• GitHub Desktop
• GitKraken
• Other git clients

The README.md file of the repo needs updates:

• Add info about Hacktoberfest. >> IMPORTANT!
• Add general info about the Club.
• Add links toward interesting topics, github help, and other first-timer friendly public repos for other challenges to be completed by contributors.

The repo needs a github page to act as a website front view for visitors and contributors.
