The folder "Whiteboad design session" has a misspelling, it should be Whiteboard design session.

I've gone through all the documents and updated the templates based on emails and for consistency.

• Added alt-text to the header
• Made bulleting more consistent
• Removed periods after bulleted items
• Updated sentence casing

Please look through and let me know if the changes are acceptable and I'll merge to the master.

Need to determine the process to:

[ ]Converting markdown to HTML
[ ]Creating and linking the zipfile to hand off the content

The How to Contribute link on the Contributing page in the Contributing Fixes section is broken.

• Tips and tricks that others may not have discovered yet...
• Things we've been seeing/solutions to them if needed...
• Ideas for updates - either in templates, workflow or procedures...

This way we can share ideas, discuss pros and cons, and have a record of any decisions made in the future.
