To reproduce, for mkdocs (current version 1.0.4):

1. create a mkdocs project, following the instructions in your README to add to mkdocs.yml:

libs: jquery
extra_javascript: [embed.js]

2. run mkdocs build / mkdocs serve

What happens:

• when mkdocs runs, it emits a (non-fatal) warning WARNING - Config value: 'libs'. Warning: Unrecognised configuration name: libs

Your documentation says it's necessary to add "libs: jquery" to your mkdocs.yml, but it doesn't seem necessary - it seems to work just as well without it, and triggers a warning with it. I suggest it's removed from the documentation.
