Relationship Mesh Solution Accelerator with Microsoft Graph Data Connect and Azure Synapse Analytics

Building strong relationships with customers is very important to improve customer retention, loyalty and revenue. Insights about the strength of relationship with customers and their key contacts will enable the teams to take required actions to manage and improve the interactions at different stages in a customer engagement life cycle.

This solution accelerator helps developers with all the resources needed to build a Relationship Mesh Solution that gives a summary view of all the key accounts and also a detailed view of interactions at individual account level.

SA Introduction

Prerequisites

To use this solution accelerator, you will need access to an Azure subscription, Microsoft 365 account and Microsoft Graph Data Connect(MGDC) enabled. If you do not have this please follow the Prerequisites Guide. While not required, a prior understanding of Microsoft Graph Data Connect, and Azure Synapse Analytics will be helpful.

Getting Started

Start by deploying the required resources to Azure. The button below will deploy Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Key Vault and its related resources:

The summary dashboard shows all high priority accounts, their connectivty scores, and accounts that need attention.

Note about Libraries with MPL-2.0 and LGPL-2.1 Licenses

The following libraries are not explicitly included in this repository, but users who use this Solution Accelerator may need to install them locally and in Azure Synapse to fully utilize this Solution Accelerator. However, the actual binaries and files associated with the libraries are not included as part of this repository, but they are available for installation via the PyPI library using the pip installation tool.

Issue Encountered While Configuring Spark Pools

I was attempting to deploy this accelerator and came across the following error while running the deploy to azure:
