I just downloaded and installed the 1.6.6 package with SCOM support enabled (./scx-1.6.6-0.universal.x64.sh --install --enable-opsmgr) on a brand new Ubuntu 18 VM.
It installed just fine, but when I try to discover it from SCOM it fails with the following error :

I get the same return when I run sudo /opt/omi/bin/omicli ei root/scx SCX_Agent from the Linux server.

There is an apparently more useful info in omiagent.root.root.log :

That made me think there could be an issue with the package, but that's pretty much as far as my Linux skill goes.

Could you put the scx-1.6.3-659.universal.x64.deb and omi-1.4.2-3.ulinux.x64.deb on http://packages.microsoft.com/ubuntu/18.04/

Preferably with OpenSsl version 1.1.
