SmartHotel360 Reference Apps

We are happy to announce the release of SmartHotel360. This release intends to share a simplified version of SmartHotel360 reference sample apps used at Connect(); 2017 Keynotes.

SmartHotel360 is a fictitious smart hospitality company showcasing the future of connected travel.

Their vision is to provide:

  • Intelligent, conversational, and personalized apps and experiences to guests
  • Modern workplace experiences and smart conference rooms for business travelers
  • Real-time customer and business insights for hotel managers & investors
  • Unified analytics and package deal recommendations for campaign managers.

There’s never been a better time to be a developer. Our intent with these set of reference apps is to show developers how to get started with Azure and build the apps of the future, today!

Repositories

For this reference app scenario, we built several consumer and line-of-business apps and an Azure backend. You can find all SmartHotel360 repos in the following locations:

smarthotel360's Issues

docker-compose build fails

when running docker-compose build for the images I get the error: "./mvnw nor found..." see picture. I tried it in powershell and bash with the same result. I'm in the right dir /src.

It looks like I have to work with Linux container in Docker and not with Windows containers, correct?

Update the architecture diagram to reflect the SignalR

Following the deployment of public web component of the architecture it creates Azure Signal R service. Its not updated in the architecture. Also, didnt see the Logic Apps with the web app deployment. Its just the Azure Function to handle the Pets image detection.

Error creating Digital Twins using API

Initially I would like to be able to create a space with Digital Twins Service Management APIs.
I followed the steps for creating the Digital Twins resource, as well as registering an application in Azure Active Directory. With the client ID, log in to Digital Twins Service Management APIs
after that I created a body for create a space
Following the model described in Digital Twins Service Management APIs.
I executed the request and I get error in the attached document.
I give it a SpaceSubtype and it gives me System Error, I have searched the Microsoft documents about it and I don't find much, nor any tutorial about creating a Space, or any resource that manages Digital Twins from Digital Twins Service Management APIs,or or from Azure Functions. The only thing that has worked for me is the Gets, but they don't return anything because I still can't post. Could you help me on this with documentation or some example, .
Thanks
