Is the Dockerfile up-to-date ?

Hello,

I would like to submit a PR in order to implement swarm compatibility for the hostname.
I met many problems to run a docker build, the first one being this error :

go: cannot find main module, but found glide.lock in /go/src/github.com/gliderlabs/logspout
        to create a module there, run:
        go mod init

Also, the link in the following code seem to be outdated :

Would it be possible that you use a Dockerfile that you didn't push here, or am I doing something wrong?
