Arso scraper is an attempt to enable the interested user to easily download historical weather data from automated sensors all over Slovenia. The sensors and the database is maintained by the Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO).

1. Install Python.

2. Install requirements using pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Run the tool on a command prompt using python arso.py

The command line interface mimics the basic workflow from the official GUI (https://meteo.arso.gov.si/met/en/app/webmet/).

The data, endpoints accessed, is the property of the Slovenian Environment Agency.
