Audius is currently supported for the following platforms:

• Windows 7+ (64-bit)
• Mac OS X 10.9+ (64-bit)
• Ubuntu 12.04+/Debian 8+ (64-bit)

But, this app can be built for any other platform that is officially supported by electronjs. Head over to the docs for build instructions
