Currently, the FloatingButtonRenderer does not support the mini size. The problem is that the size is set via attribute in the XML and has no equivalent method/property to change the button size. The only way for this to work is to use the InflateViewRenderer and inflate from one of the fab_mini.xml or fab_normal.xml layouts. However, when the inflate runs, it returns an ImageView and not a FloatingActionButton, so we lose the FAB-specific properties/methods.

Expectation:

1. Open MasterDetailPage menu. Hamburger icon becomes back arrow.
2. Push a new page onto the navigation stack and the back arrow should stay, indicating to the user they can navigate backwards.

The following meets the expectation:

new NavigationPage(new MasterDetailPage() { Detail = detail, Master = master });

The following does not:

new MasterDetailPage() { Detail = new NavigateionPage(detail), Master = master };

The back arrow changes back to a hamburger menu and the user is left thinking the navigation drawer should open again, but instead the page action is to pop the page off the stack.

Currently, the Snackbar doesn't move the FloatingActionButton upwards, even though there is a CoordinatorLayout surrounding the Activity.

Material Design guidelines say that the DrawerLayout should appear above the ActionBar. However, the current AppCompatMasterDetailRenderer does not support this layout.

Somewhere between writing the original renderer and adding color properties, the shadow seems to have disappeared. Debating whether or not to just allow the colorAccent to control the color, since that's what the guidelines says to do. However, there needs to be an iOS renderer for equivalency (maybe?), so the color properties might be needed.
