Windows 11 Pro 21H2
Stream Deck software version 5.3.3.15214

Steps to reproduce

• Download com.springhillsoftware.commandline.streamDeckPlugin.

• Double click to install to Stream Deck.

• Add Command Line plugin to a button.

• Populate Command line field with any simple command line instructions (notepad.exe for example).

• Push physical button.

• Nothing happens.

• Same command works fine directly on Windows command prompt.

Expected behavior

In this example, notepad.exe should launch. However, no command I've tried is working, including using the nircmd.exe utility to mute the system. All tested commands do work directly on the Windows command prompt window.

I tried downloading the plugin, however I got the above message and another message saying that it is not a valid custom action. Is this plugin compatible with Macs? I'm thinking that could be the issue

I have a several batch files to start/stop services, each takes a start or stop parameter
Entering as
C:\UsefulCommands\scripts\ServerScripts\service_LCLSRVCAISQL1 start

the parameter is not coming through but works as expected when entered into a CMD prompt directly. Most probably an issue with me but any ideas?

Implementation of rotary encoder instruction for SD+

Could be a nice enhancement to implement the instructions to have the SD+ rotary encoder works with Thetis. To assign volume, microphone and all the variable controls, to tune xit and rit and all the controls that can be assigned to rotary encoders.

Trying to discover how to install please. Tried the powerscript script in the build directory but it fails with

Error: The plugin path doesn't exist: ..\src\streamdeck-commandline\bin\Debug\com.springhillsoftware.commandline.sdPlugin

Any assistance appreciated please.

Hello could you please add steps to the installation guide to cover how to install the dependencies you mentioned? I got your plugin installed but I think I need to somehow install the dependencies to get it running.
