OS: Mono 5.0.1.1 on CentOS 7

Expected behavior:

Meru compiles. It did on previous commit.

Observed behavior:

Cannot copy Meru/Meru/App.config to Meru/Meru/bin/Debug/IA.dll.config, as the source file doesn't exist.

Fix:

Remove <None Include="App.config"> from Meru.csproj.

Notes:

This is likely exclusive to the compiler tool I use on Linux. Regardless, the line has no point in being there.

Organize proper gifs into proper commands. Mixed up currently

timeUntilReminder = timeUntilReminder.Add(new TimeSpan(years * 356, 0, 0, 0));

should be

timeUntilReminder = timeUntilReminder.Add(new TimeSpan(years * 365, 0, 0, 0));
