jQuery plugin for having simple native confirmations

Installing with Bower

bower install jquery.confirm

<button id="btn1">Confirm #1 (Default message)</button>

$('#btn1').confirm(function() {
	// User confirmed, do something
});
$('#btn1').on('confirm', function() {
	// User confirmed, do something
});

You can set custom messages with data-confirm property.

<button id="btn2" data-confirm="Button 2 - Are you sure?">Confirm #2 (Custom message)</button>

You can also use the custom messages to quickly add confirmations to links, as the jquery.confirm will cancel the default action if no is answered, thus preventing the link from working.

<a href="someothersite.com" data-confirm="Are you sure you want to leave?">SomeOtherSite.com</button>

jQuery.confirm can also be used directly from Javascript:

$.confirm('Are you really sure you want to do this?', function() {
	// User confirmed, do something
});
