Describe the bug
Pres/vp check does nothing instead of working as intended. Problem is probably in ifs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add yourself a wrong leadership role on LA BS server.
2. Reload bs to start the sortroles sequence.
3. Wait.
4. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior
The bot removes the wrong leadership role and sets the right one.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Even though we trust the mods in our servers and all, there's still the human factor, they can't be online 24/7, can't watch all chats 24/7, so it's far easier to make an automated system watch over chats and delete messages containing unwanted words.

Describe the solution you'd like
Very simple. Make the bot watch all channels and delete the messages that contain blacklisted words. May be performance issues.

Additional context
The list of words that should be filtered has to be further discussed.

We have a brawland blacklist on us, but it isn't interactive. So we want an interactive blacklist that won't allow blacklisted people to enter our servers and will check whether they are in our clubs.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make a list of blacklisted tags in the database. Add a check to all three welcoming processes on whether the tag is blacklisted, disallow server entry if the tag is. Add a command to search through the saved clubs and check whether there's a user with a blacklisted tag in one of the clubs.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe we should make a command timed. Most likely no, but it's up to further discussion.
