App freezes after downloading the assets

hi everyone!
During internal testing on my phone when downloading of the modules finished, the app is freezes. I tried:

  1. change types of the multimedia files to .mp3;
  2. to get Store permissions for this app before downloading;
  3. change ApplicationID of app;
    but the app still freezes...
