After using HRSC2DOTA.py, I notice that one of the coordinates is negative, why is it negative？

I followed instruction in pytorch branch.
After run sh make.sh, cpu_nms.pyx does not appear in nms folder.
when i run demo.py, I found error No module named 'utils.nms.cpu_nms'

May I ask which training method RIDet used，multi-scale or single-scale？ thank you

Please let me know what else needs to be done to apply it to s2anet, we would love to master this approach and look forward to hearing from you.
