- данные по рулонам хранятся в базе данных PostgreSQL
- GET /coil берёт на вход комбинацию диапазонов
- проект обёрнут в Docker
- конфигурации к подключению к БД задаются с помощью .env
- тесты не зависят от реальной базы данных, для тестов используется pytest-postgresql (требует предустановленной PostgreSQL на машине)
