Imgar

(pronounced im-JAR)

Imgar is a self hosted image hosting script for Node.js using Express. Currently it's in an early stage of development.

Installing

  1. Make sure Node.js and git are installed.
  2. Run git clone https://github.com/ripbandit/Imgar.git
  3. Run npm install
  4. Create a user.htaccess file in the format of:
username:password
  1. To run the app run node imagehost.js
  2. Go to http://localhost:8080/upload
