Have to add source dependencies in /etc/apt/sources.list
alsamixer doesn't show any valid soundcards

The externals are installed and working in only one instance of lil-toepopper. I cannot remember how I got it working, I started by trying to compile an older version of pd-extended, and then downloaded pd-extended for the raspberry pi, and copied them over, and had issues still, and somehow I figured out a workaround for it. That sucks.

Test all externals to see if they're actually working and don't break pd.
Tar all the working externals into one package and upload to github.
Add a line to pd_install.sh to untar and sort them out.
Change pd's search directories to find them on startup.
