When crafting route rule, adding some url matcher in which belongs to third parties domain, sometime we don't know that the domain don't have request headers of "origin" or "referer". if third parties domain don't have the "origin" or "referer", it need to break into different route.

proposed is

• to have console log to show that the url don't have the "origin" or "referer"
• automatic add template route for url that don't have the "origin" or "referer"

When my connection having intranet and proxy for internet access, several URLs served from intranet and several URLs served from internet, the problem is I don't know in the first place which URL served from where, only after I finished crafting rules, I've got error: "FetchError, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND" because the URL should access from proxy and I need to add one by one those domains to proxy-section.

It would be nice if mitm-play having an option to gathered automatically domain that need access from proxy to proxy-section.
