The need Modulr to execute only after nuxt.js client-side processing.

Set up an expects attribute on shims.
Identify - if a library is already loaded - if it is the version of that library you expect it to be.
Version check is customized in the master file.

Possible resolution for different versions:

• alert via console
• create a sub-function in the master file on how to handle multiple versions of that library
  • this is useful for libraries that have their own version conflict resolution setup

Cannot access external module paths outside of specific app

Set up a config option to pass a query string cache buster.

• bootstrap specific
• can be disabled on shims

Set a static global cache busting parameter that will be used across all files loaded in Modulr.
