A long, long time ago I registered a user called "kraqur". It had a MemberId of 91018546.

per the blog there were a couple dates to note of my initial contributions to Utherverse:

For some reason (most likely the Autorayter) I was banned. I recreated a second user called "dakraqur"

A keen-eyed murasaki_hime found me outside of Night Candy, a club right outside of Transport, remembered that I wrote programs, and got me into Texture Distribution.

at 11:39pm US Eastern I had made my first save on UVTexture. 31 of December I had received the infamous "Pirate Bunneh" icon, and things started to come into place.

I had taken Murasaki_hime's idea of "texture distribution" and wrote the program and hosted the storage. After that it gained huge traction across the Utherverse.

We had the domain uvtexture.com and a mirror upload on Yetanotherpaper (archive.org).

The domain adminstrator for unliterate.net received a legal thread about distributing software (cover,letter). He responded stating that he didn't write the software and some words regarding DMCA and about website operators not being liable for content of website, and that was the end of that.

This was also around when twizzlah got banned.

For some reason (unsure at this point) I had to create a new profile. I was masquerading as a user called "Aortae", which had an unknown last name: Yurt.

This was an anagram of "Autorayter". I was getting sick and tired of changing my identity.

At this time, with 5 rays for using the UVTextures downloader we were making BANK! We dropped $550 USD into a shop and started working hard to get the word out.

for $10.19 you can also be an owner of a domain name. Another user came and found me and proposed a "catalog" of sorts. Her identity was seasonsheart.

On providing us a 2-day notice (per comment #6 by aortae) we were asked to upload all of our textures to their central resource server. We did this and felt empty. We also got smart.

For some reason we had to act fast after uploading all the textures to the texture server, and we did. We built a full-service catalogue and texture uploader for users.
