We probably need a manager class to organize and apply rules to files. It seems awkward to force the watcher, or some other part of the application to keep track of the rules.

Should throw an error if the directory given doesn't exist.

given a path to a file and a path to a new directory at creation, calling
mover.move() should transfer the file to the path, or throw an error if the path
or the file doesn't exist.

After looking at the Derby api, it looks like it's all manual sql queries. We need to build a class that can wrap the queries so that we can just save or load our objects, and it will translate them to and from the database for us.

• and a directory to move to

This issue should be left for near the end of the semester.

For debugging, and because we can generate logs for the "manipulating text" requirement.
