Support a minimal set of UCI commands using pest.

GUI bound (GUI -> Engine):

• uci
• debug [ on | off ]
• isready
• position
• go
• quit

Engine bound (Engine -> GUI):

• id [ name | author ]
• uciok
• info
• readyok
• bestmove

Parsing GUI bound commands is necessary.
Including the engine bound commands in the pest grammar might be helpful.

The goal of the issue is to add a logger for input and output UCI commands, so that the comnunication flow is traceable and debuggable. It should be implemented after investigating existing logging solutions.

Currently the engine just panics on any unexpected input.
We should handle those errors gracefully.

The exact goal is to implement MCTS algorithm for chess moves searching (and replace the current heuristic solution). This should suffice for an early multithreading development.

The task is to create a new module that serves as a chess engine and is based on Rust chess library: https://docs.rs/chess/latest/chess/. Its API should allow:

• updating its internal state (using FEN notation)
• generating the best move for a given board state
