Could confuse people thinking they have mod permissions. Also just cleans up the menu by removing an option that you can't use (if you aren't a mod)

A way to toggle the placeholder text written in every single chat tab's message prompt.

It's really annoying to look at. Especially now that it mentions the username of the person logged in. Like, yeah, I get it, it's me who's chatting. I don't need each chat tab to remind me who I am.

Describe the bug
Whenever someone pings me in chat there is no sound, even if its set as a nickname or a @username, the application isnt in pavucontrol either, im not sure if this is normal or not but there isnt anything on the chatterino wiki.

As part of the university research we are currently doing regarding the security of Github Actions, we noticed that one or many of the workflows that are part of this repository are referencing vulnerable versions of the third-party actions. 1. The workflow build.yml is referencing action ilammy/msvc-dev-cmd using references v1.9.0. However this reference is missing the commit 74a501b which may contain fix to the vulnerability.

The vulnerability fix that is missing by actions' versions could be related to:
(1) CVE fix
(2) upgrade of vulnerable dependency
(3) fix to secret leak and others.
Please consider updating the reference to the action.

If you end up updating the reference, please let us know. We need the stats for the paper :-)

Whenever chatterino loses the connection to the Twitch servers or Twitch disconnects, chatterino crashes. Chatterino unexpectedly crashed and restarted. You can disable automatic restarts in the settings. Are there any logs where you can look up what could be wrong?

The ability to upload audio/video (mp4,webm,mkv,etc; mp3,wav,flac,ogg,opus,etc) with the inbuilt uploader used for images, probably as an opt-in toggle since some hosts like imgur dont support it, but others like nuuls and x0.at do.

Why should it be added?
It's cumbersome to have to go to the site to upload video/audio files when its the same site you use for image uploading via chatterino/dankerino.

What should be added?

Like mod logging, 3rd party extensions should have an optional detailed log e.g. for image uploading or other 3rd party connections including expanded output for error logging.

Why should it be added?

Ideally this should be added for debugging what went wrong with the 3rd party service as at the moment logging is limited to chat input with no option to save logs, this makes it easier to debug.

A way to toggle between having usernames autocompled in truecase and lowercase. Currently, only truecase is supported*.

IIRC, earlier versions of C2 had usernames be autocompleted as lowercase. The current behaviour is a change without a toggle.

Describe the bug
If an emote is placed before anything, the space does not copy to clipboard, and is ignored while Remove spaces around emotes is toggled on. Probably not very helpful, but, FFZ:AP has a similar feature that does not exhibit this issue.

To reproduce
Type out an FFZ, BTTV, or Twitch emote, + a space and then some text after it, and then finally copy it to clipboard, this also occurs with double emotes.
