Mention that commands can only be used in the inbox server.

Please add a note about it to the readme. It got me and a few others confused when we tried to set up the plugin.

[Feature Request] Confirmation upon reaction click before thread opens

Some users like to click.
It would be nice if it (upon reaction add/click) that it DM's the user before opening a thread and ask them something like:
"Are you sure you want to open a support ticket?" Then it could have the ✅ and ❌ emote.

Then if they click "yes" it then opens a thread and sends my messageResponse.
Thanks for the great plugin!

Suggestion: linking servers to specific reactions

It would be very nice if during the setup command "rtAdd" an optional server id can be provided after the category one. So in case of multiple mainServerIds and the reporting user is in both of them, he can choose from wich one he is actually asking for help.
