Display of block of content that lists the available repositories.

Create a REST API that returns JSON data:

• /api/ -- Return repositories
• /api/{repository}/ -- Return projects
• /api/{repository}/{project}/ -- return a list of releases
• /api/{repository}/{project}/{release}/ -- return metadata for the specified release

And if I feel like it at the time... do the following:

• /api/{repository}/{project}/latest -- return metadata for the latest release
• /api/{repository}/{project}/stable -- return metadata for the stable release

Make a search box component that searches for projects in any of the repositories. This could be similar to how github's search works. Pirate from those that do it best. ;)

When viewing a repository, at /{repository}/, display the contents of the repository in a component on the page.
