They are relative links that worked in the repo but not in the package website. Need to replace them with absolute links to the documentation

Right now the FromJSON and ToJSON instances are orphaned. They should be moved to the same file.

They share many similar operations (e.g. generation and string conversion), if we have type classes for them, we don't need to always import them qualified

• IDType for getting the components
• IDGen for ID generation
• IDConv for string parsing and conversion

i.e. checking prefix, UUID version and variant.
