@peterLaurence So this is the temporary repository of what will become V4 on the main repo. The readme has been updated a bit and might be worth a quick look; you can see that now ScrollView and ScalingScrollView have their own repo and artifact, and demo app, while this (TileView V4) has demos for tiling only (including external and internal storage, http, etc). I should probably include more demos, like last time, with building plans, a fictional place, etc, to show what TileView does that Google Maps can't do.

AFAICT, it's virtually bug free. I'm ready to go forward with it as soon as jcenter gets back to me on why this repo lost linkage (I think I mentioned, we've had several things go wrong and I've been in touch with them a lot over the past couple weeks - unfortunately I think they thought the case was resolved (I did) and it might have gotten closed, so I may have to wait for a new support person to be assigned, and who knows if they'll be as good as the last guy I dealt with).

Anyway, none of that is super relevant. This is up, and has several demos, so if you feel like it and have time, feel free to check it out and see what you think of the behavior. As I said, I think it's 100% ready to go, but am always eager for your critique. That said, it's not mission critical - I've spent so much time QA'ing it that I think I'm ok to push when the jcenter thing is resolved, so if you don't have bandwidth or inclination, it's totally fine.
