some special edu students are over aged (like 10+) and they are getting age limit issue. in cycles, admission age is 4.

• Email delay issue - fixed
• On insert and update skip the errors and insert rest , also send an error message with partial success report.
• Complained on ID number and Admission number validation. - Fixed
• Many more improvements with performance issues as well.
• [x ] Send emails for unverified email address

Found the exception on run time :

Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'stu.openemis_no' in 'field list' (SQL: create or replace view students_list_view as select i.id as institution_id

Currently the process take to long to respond , we need to convert the process into two steps.

1. Verify the data is correct / wrong - Notify via email
2. Do actual data entry with vitrified data only.

Unfortunately, if you have an excel file an delete the content of some rows at the end of the excel file Excel still recognizes them as not empty. Then the validation fails. need to implement to skip those rows before validation

there is an error with the age limit. one user uploaded a file with 2000/mm/dd bdays to 13arts(2) and they tried to upload students with 2000/mm/dd bdays and then failed.

and this occurred to special edu classes also.

Admission number is not getting updated.

need clean students in MySQL slave to tally students to SIS
