NSID Permission issues for the Admin user about sis-php HOT 6 CLOSED

Add permission to the dockerfile to be exicuted in the server.

Updated the bulk-upload dockerfile adding user to the docker group. Waiting for a review

A student data file needed to be added and check the NSID if the fix is working

The permission issue still exists after the fix. Modifying the docker file to fix the permission issue.

Edited the ExaminationStudentsController.php no longer shows the permission error.
A new error is shown as "Trying to get property 'super_admin' of non-object"

Issue was fixed after renaming the output file and editing the ExaminationStudentsController.php
