Deploying Code
git push heroku master
Ensure that at least one instance of the app is running

Visit the app on the website

View logs
heroku log --tail
Procfile

Check how many dynos are running
heroku ps
Scale the number of dynos to n
heroku ps:scale web=n
Run the app locally
heroku local web
Push local changes
git push heroku master
Start a console
heroku run bash
Set the config var
heroku config:set TIMES=2
