Patch Makefiles to fix rmdir on OSX

rmdir on OSX does not support --ignore-fail-on-non-empty, instead we can brew install coreutils to gain access to grmdir which does.

Patch the Makefile to check for the existence of grmdir on OSX and use that instead.

user_board.h removal patch is missing

running diet.sh currently fails because the patches/board.patch file appears to not have been added to the repository.

most likely it was accidentally omitted from 93ebfac

(i'm trying to figure out how to get usb device mode working and i think i have to add back in some services that were removed like sleepmgr in order for the usb device code to compile)
