To work with this project

you have to install all the dependencies to work with this project

in navialife folder you will see requirements.txt file

install this txt by using this command - pip install -r requirements.txt

install med7 for spacy library pip install https://www.dropbox.com/s/xbgsy6tyctvrqz3/en_core_med7_lg.tar.gz?dl=1

and there is a file medical_data.ipynb in jupyter notebook folder you can also check it

Note : use medical.csv file that are present in both folders

i have clean the data like 'whitespace , '-' by using excel
