The app version number in Chart.yaml should be incremented each time there is a release however this does not appear to be up-to-date or automated. If the tag was overridable, then a chart user would be able to increment the version number without waiting for the chart to do it.

I think that these charts won't support k8s beyond 1.21, since 1.22 removes a bunch of API versions: https://kubernetes.io/blog/2021/07/14/upcoming-changes-in-kubernetes-1-22/#api-changes

This definitely affects the Watchman ingress resource and may affect other charts in this repo.

We're upgrading our clusters to at least 1.21 but may go further. If we do, I'll try modifying the charts appropriately and will open a PR if we get everything working OK.

We've been experiencing issues with Watchman pods restarting. Based on this issue, it looks like we're not alone. We'd like to be able to make aspects of the readiness probe and liveness probe configurable.
