Works beautifully until I try to load the Google Voice page (https://www.google.com/voice), which returns this message:

The page isn't redirecting properly.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

On addons.mozilla.org, the extension is updated recently, versioned as 1.0.6 and compatible with Firefox 57. Would it be possible to update this repository?

With Searchonymous active, when I try to access Google Voice, I get this message: "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." Google Voice is an essential app for me. If Searchonymous won't work with GV, I can't use it.

With Firefox (28 beta) on OSX, Searchonymous keeps reloading the page with search results, right after a search has been done.
This was the case both with 1.0.0 and 1.0.1.

Clearing LocalStorage set by Google sites in addition to cookies is better than just cookies.

great add-on, even though I haven't any means to verify if it works.

When I hit enter from the search bar using Google search engine, I can see the ANONYM logo.
I use HTTP Everywhere, and I get redirected to the secure page without problem, with ANONYM being displayed.

But if I input google.com in the URL bar, I get redirected to https://encrypted.google.com/ and then no trace of the ANONYM. Is the addon still active in this case?
Same if I input directly https://encrypted.google.com/ in the URL tab.

It'd be nice to have a feedback when cookie get blocked, so that end-user can "see" the addon in action. That'd also be easier to know if addon is active when on https://encrypted.google.com/ for instance

When this extension is enable and I click on "images" in the google results, I'm prompted with the classic Google cookie message that I can reject or accept. No matter if I accept or reject, as soon as I click one of the two buttons, I'm redirected to the same page over and over. To bypass this I need to open the image section into an private window (Firefox).
As soon as I disable this extension, the problem goes away.

With the last version 1.1.1 installed on Firefox 70.0 searches I make won't appear on Google My Activity. However clicks to any result appearing on the search will be registered and visible on My Activity.

As noticed in the comments on the addon page, an On Off Button would be convenient in case google needs to know the user's settings.

No longer working in Google Chrome Version 72.0.3626.96 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Xubuntu 18.04 4.15.0-45-generic. No errors in console.

If Searchonymous is enabled, the Google logo / doodle doesn't show up at https://encrypted.google.com/ - near its place, only the text, 'anonym' shows up. If I disable Searchonymous, the Google logo or doodle shows up just fine.

With Searchonymous 1.0 active, I cannot add a Google contact to a Google+ circle (when editing the contact, there is a hover button 'add and invite'). When hovering over it, I get a message telling me that my session has expired and I need to login again.

I am logged into G+, this problem goes away when disabling Searchonymous (which is more a workaround than a fix).

Is the Firefox version a WebExtension? Extensions using the addons SDK will stop working by the end of the year. I'm sure that the Chrome version can me manipulated to work with both browsers. Will any functionality be lost?

Searchonymous has stopped working just now. I tried a reinstall, but to no avail. Once logged in anywhere with Google I am also logged in on the search page. Maybe others can confirm, my hypothesis is that Google just changed their session cookie.
