grunt-css2js doesn't have a template option.

grunt-es-css2js has a "src is invalid" error with the valid grunt file config I used.

css2js has template options, but plain string isn't one, and you have to put the template in the template directory within the module.

Since we @import all dependency styles into the partial for each component, the built CSS currently includes the output of each dependency's stylesheet.

This means gui-style and gui-typography in particular will be repeated over and over. On higher level compositions this means a lot of cruft.

Moving dependency imports to index.scss would help with this, except we wouldn't be able to successfully compile the partial if it didn't import the core modules (for variables, mixins, functions).
