Eventually we'll also want to change the Navigation Buttons so that when a ?char=charactername is selected, they navigate only to comics with the selected character, and also load up a CSS file with that character's name assuming such a CSS file exists, but we'll get there when we get there!
"The current settings" should also display the name of the selected character. If no character is selected, and if no character is selected, I'm not sure what should be displayed. Maybe "All Characters" for Flavor Text? Or just "Upload Order" and "Chronos Order"? What do you think?
