Creating a new universe returned a 500 error

I tried to make a universe called "Animated Gif Man and his Animated Friends" and everything broke.

Add a new database option in characters for "Cast Page"

At present we have a sidebar that displays all characters in the comic, as well as all characters listed as "Important Characters" which is good, because we don't want the sidebar to have a hundred characters on it every comic.

The cast page, however needs to list more characters than the sidebar does and currently it only lists "Important Characters."

I'd like a second flag on characters for whether or not they get listed on the cast page, as well as the current one for whether or not they're listed on the sidebar.

Unimportant characters like Tabra 221387108432 should still not be listed in the cast page.

No RSS feed

No way to edit already existing comic posts

You can edit characters and other things like that but I can't find a way to edit existing comics.

Might be important seeing as I uploaded a comic with slashes in the title and that makes the URLs all wacky.

Creating characters causes error 500s

It links me to /admin/characters/create when I try to create a character. I'm assuming that's the cause of the bug. I haven't tried anything other than adding characters to the cast page.

Can't submit a new comic until I add Worby to the staff page is all~

Sidebar character links should go to recent?char=[characterName] instead of to the cast page

So if you see a comic with Shiné and click the Shiné link on the sidebar and it takes you to the newest uploaded Shiné comic instead of to the cast page.

Eventually "?char=" will change a lot of things but it's fine the way it is for now.

Trying to edit a News post returns a 500 error.

Need a 0 on "Which comic should come before this one?"

The comic I want to upload comes before the first comic. I didn't plan ahead and upload a comic that takes place before the big bang.

Uploading news posts with slashes in the title makes the URL wacky

I put a date in the title and everything is silly now. Trying to go to the admin page to edit that news post yields a 404 because it can't find http://www.newrem.com/admin/news/6/17/12%20Patch%20Notes since there is no /6/ folder and there is certainly no /17/ folder inside that /6/ folder.

No message displays when toggling "Important Character" when modifying characters.

RSS feed needs to be sorted by datetime

Super-easy.

Site looks ugly. Let's make it prettier.

And a place from within the admin panel to upload CSS files or anything like that would be nice.

RSS entries should say the name of the Universe before the title for the combined RSS feed

http://www.newrem.com/rss.xml There's presently no way to tell if a comic is an Animated Gif Man comic or a Flavor Text comic. For the individual feeds for individual comics like http://www.newrem.com/flavor-text/rss.xml here, it doesn't matter.

The titles for entries on http://www.newrem.com/rss.xml this page should say

Animated Gif Man Adventures: Motivation
Animated Gif Man Adventures: Wake

Flavor Text: Pain

Etc.

Neither of these things actually does anything. They should probably not be there. @MostAwesomeDude says this is @remeranAuthor's problem...

We could use links to the registration/login page from the comments when not logged in

Can't delete universes

To replicate:

spin up a clean dcon instance, using the instructions in the README
create a new universe
go to the universe's admin panel (http://localhost:8080/admin/testuniverse/)
hit the deletion link (http://localhost:8080/admin/testuniverse/delete)
hit the 'delete' button on the resulting page
land on the main admin page with the message "Guess you changed your mind, huh? No worries." at the top, and the universe still there
