Now that #8 adds support for build time env variables, I think the package name needs to be changed to @moxy/next-env.

To do so:

• Rename package.json (name, repository etc)
• Adjust README accordingly (title, badges, etc)
• Deprecate old package (npm deprecate)
• Publish new one

Given this use case:

• The user already defined an environment variable (e.g. set FOO=foo).
• The plugin receives the public/private/build-time variable with the removePrefixes as true. (e.g. PUBLIC_FOO=lala)
• The end result for the process.env.FOO will be lala instead of foo.

Proposed solution:

Throw an error while overriding an already existing property in process.env.
