- yes, agree with everything.
- also, after closing the chat I'd like for the helper not to be able anymore to write to the person he helped. I am concerned about privacy issues that might arise if helpers would be able to contact that person later or leave him/her an offline message.

ok, once the Helper has ended the chat the issue will be closed. The Helper can view the issue in her "Resolved Issues" list but cannot send any texts to that chat thread. The Consumer will be anonymous, the Helper will never see any personal information about the user and will therefore not be able to contact her again.
