[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Change the system forward 180 days and restart the browser.
3. Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• The add-on is uninstalled.

[Actual result]:

• The add-on remains installed and only expires after 365 days.

note: this is strictly a visual glitch. The standard category is not displaying correctly the prefs contained in that category.

For the treatment branch, it changes the cookie behavior default from 0 to 4.
In the product UI I've hidden each option, and they are shown upon being included in the "features" string. "Standard" checks if the user has all default values, but the UI does not show all the defaults, only the ones also listed in this string. This simplifies the Firefox code.

One option: add “browser.contentblocking.features.standard”: “cookieBehavior4" to the treatment branch
other option: Fix the in-product UI to show everything included in default values.
