Find each player's selected deck, decide who goes first, shuffle the deck, and create the draw pile and starting hand.

I'm not sure if I only had this problem because of using Yarn instead of NPM, but I had to manually run npm i within the functions dir in order to get the deploy:functions script to run correctly.

Are you planning to support other languages than english? If so I'd be happy to help with french translation. But it's something you'd wanna plan as early as possible.

A bit more detailed setup instructions would be really good. IMO the naming of the variables in the .env file isn't explicit enough.

Add way for challenger to cancel the challenge and a way for the opponent to either accept or deny the challenge.

Since the tool will support playback (in the future), the board state will be derived based on a list of actions sorted by their created date.
