...because chrome is bad for development.

Probably need to update all URLs to use .local because of Chrome because users want to use Chrome.

1. Hosts file differences for Docker Toolbox since that uses an IP provided by VirtualBox and so traefik needs to be DNS'd through that. i.e. 192.168.99.100 drupal.docker.localhost ide.drupal.docker.localhost irc.drupal.docker.localhost
2. Docker image load needs separate instruction for Docker for Windows because PowerShell does not have gunzip by default. Consider also including 7zip and change instructions to docker load -i <images.tar> after extracting it from images.tar.gz.
3. Docker for Windows (Windows 10) users should use PowerShell and documentation should reflect that.

• Add all the IDEs to .gitignore (mainly .c9/)
• Add vendor to .gitignore

This may not be necessary if we want to teach people good practice when generating core patches?

See about packaging all the things now that tarball is smaller.

Should work perfectly for traefik.

Needs to be echo "127.0.1.1 [etc] | sudo tee -a /etc/hosts with some output redirection to /dev/null.

Windows users using Docker ToolBox can't make patches easily on either host or ide container because file mode changes.

Had some trouble with traefik 1.5.1. Might have been user error.

1.5.2 seemed to work.
