Make the website run using Jekyll

I believe GDGKuwait is currently hosting its application, a solution since its using client side JavaScript and CSS could be to host it on GitHub itself using a CNAME and making the website render through GitHub's Jekyll pages.

This would save the funds required for hosting.

Picasa feed results in a 404 error.

The Picasa feed requested using
https://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/user/113524358246094158685/albumid/113524358246094158685?access=public&alt=json-in-script&kind=photo&max-results=18&fields=entry(title,link/@href,summary,content/@src)&v=2.0&callback=jQuery181039045219662030095_1401802279360&_=1401802279372 results in a 404 and hence leaves the photos section empty, maybe the URL has to be rechecked ?
